1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to laju44 and participation in any gaming or wagering activity offered by the platform is strictly limited to individuals who are:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform;
• Acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise;
• Accessing the platform voluntarily and not as a result of unsolicited marketing in jurisdictions where such marketing is prohibited;
• Not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by laju44 or any affiliated gaming operator.

laju44 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any point during the member lifecycle. Where verification cannot be completed to laju44's satisfaction, the platform reserves the right to restrict access, suspend the account, and withhold any associated funds pending successful verification. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Member Obligations

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) laju44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.

When registering a laju44 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. laju44 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

laju44 is obligated under its international gaming authority licensing to conduct identity verification on all members. You may be required at any time to provide copies of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as notified by laju44 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for ensuring that your laju44 login credentials are not shared with any third party. You must notify laju44 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting the support team. laju44 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts as an additional security measure.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on laju44 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). laju44 accepts deposits via the following channels, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

• Maybank2u Online Banking

Deposits made from third-party accounts — that is, accounts belonging to persons other than the registered laju44 member — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, laju44 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and conduct an investigation. laju44 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, credit cards, or borrowed funds.

laju44 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at laju44 are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed all required KYC verification steps prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• Any active bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per channel and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your laju44 account dashboard.
• laju44 targets a processing time of within 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours; actual processing times may vary during periods of high volume or during scheduled maintenance windows.

laju44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with suspicious activity. Such checks may temporarily delay processing but will be completed as promptly as practicable.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

laju44 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all laju44 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a laju44 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• laju44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected members where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between members, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are available to Malaysian-resident members aged 21 and above only, and are intended solely for personal entertainment use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in the following conduct when using laju44. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members or with laju44 staff to obtain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical defects in any laju44 game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable technical fault may be voided at laju44's sole discretion;
• Conducting any financial transaction on laju44 that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity;
• Accessing laju44 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any laju44 content, branding, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the laju44 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game mechanics, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and the overall design and structure of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of laju44 or its licensed third-party content providers. No licence to use any laju44 intellectual property is granted to members beyond the limited, revocable right to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The laju44 name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Any unauthorised use of laju44's trademarks, including use in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials without written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laju44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the member's use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause;
• Any loss arising from the member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers, beyond laju44's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit laju44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

laju44 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Malaysian members. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through your laju44 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders at set intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension, Termination, and Fund Forfeiture

laju44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member without prior resolution through laju44's support channels;
• At the member's own request, including as a result of a self-exclusion election.

Upon suspension or termination for cause, laju44 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, laju44 may forfeit the relevant balances in accordance with applicable laws and the specific circumstances of the breach. Funds belonging to members whose accounts are closed for reasons other than breach will be returned via the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which laju44 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of a dispute between a member and laju44 arising from these Terms or the member's use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through laju44's internal complaints procedure, which is accessible via the support team.

Should the internal complaints procedure fail to produce a satisfactory resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. laju44 co-operates fully with all regulatory dispute resolution processes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

laju44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, laju44 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the laju44 platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the member's acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
